I wholeheartedly have never had a bad experience. The service department is exceptional. I have always dealt with Brad who is a true gentleman. Would recommend this dealership for the sales and service to anyone. My friends and family and now believe is also.

Alex in service is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Alex in service is very knowledgeable and helpful. He is ready and waiting when I get there and keeps me posted the entire time while my car is getting an oil change or whatever needs to be done. He helped me get a little bit of buffing done on my vehicle and always goes above and beyond. He answers my calls and gives me tips when needed. I'd never go anywhere else.

Absolutely the worst customer service.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Told the sales manager and the sales person I was willing to purchase. Asked for a deal but willing to pay full price. Sales manager went back with the sales person and game back with a price 2,250 higher than the asking price. Sales person 37250 sales manger 39900. GM called 30 min later to drop it 1300. Terrible customer service. I will never recommend anyone going there. I’ve been in sales for 25 years rude and smug. I recommend their sales person quit before it’s too late. I couldn’t image how bad it would be after we purchased it. Guess what 2 weeks later it still for sale listed for 37000

Colin took the time to understand what I needed and

Colin took the time to understand what I needed and wanted in a new vehicle. He was thoughtful and kind when communicating. He introduced me to everyone involved with the process and made sure no one was pressuring for upgrades or add ons to my deal. He is a true gem! Bryce made the finance process delightful and easy to understand. The follow through this team has is a major reason I would not consider going anywhere else!

The worst car dealership experience of my life.

The worst car dealership experience of my life. A chaotic process. In the middle of nowhere. Texted with an online assistant. When you get there the salesmen re clustering by the front door. You randomly get one and then have to reexplain everything to them when you already told the person texting you. Frustrating to repeat yourself. Excessive fees added on. Hate this place. I will never return. I do not know how they stay in business.

If you go to this location make sure you ask to talk to Calvin, he's AWESOME and will actually listen to what you're looking for and help you out. Need information? He'll get it. Got more questions? He'll get you answers. Truly an impeccable experience. I didn't work with any of the other sales folks, I'm sure they're lovely too, but I'm definitely biased by how well Calvin treated me. He clearly works hard and cares about his customers. I'd been to 9 other dealerships in the 48 hours prior, so I had a LOT to compare it to! 10/10

If I could give it a zero I would.

If I could give it a zero I would. I bought my car in 2022 brand . I was told not to do an oil change until it hits 7000 miles. When I took it in, they told me I was past due and that they paid for the first oil change but then now I have to pay for the second oil change this is so wrong. I am very unhappy with this situation. I would hope that they would treat their customers and be honest with their customers from here on out

Randy was my salesman.

Randy was my salesman. The car sold for 22,000. I put 7000 down. I look at the loan papers which were put in the glove box when I went to pick up the car and the loan is for 36,000. I’m paying 36,000 for a used Kia, which sells for 22,000 I have left messages. They don’t answer, the other problem the key fob stopped working after two months. I feel like they take advantage of women who try to buy cars. How can you even get away with selling a car for almost twice its value I don’t recommend going to this dealership

I recently traded in my 2018 Hyundai Elantra Sport &

I recently traded in my 2018 Hyundai Elantra Sport & bought a 2025 Kia Sportage Hybrid SX-Pro Prestige. Andrew Lundin was a fabulous sales advisor, very responsive and professional. He helped me find the perfect vehicle for me and was not pushing me to buy a vehicle at all. He showed me how to use all of the gadgets inside & outside of the vehicle and spent a lot of time with me. When it came down to negotiating the price, Andrew & Rob Rodriguez (manager) were able to give me an amazing deal and I am forever grateful for them making my dream vehicle a reality! The financing specialist also did an amazing job of making the financing process as seamless as possible, he also took the time to call around for the best interest rates (right before they closed, mind you). 10/10 recommend H&H Kia & will be buying from them again in the future!

Slimy process with the finance process.

Slimy process with the finance process. Tyree specifically. They slid warranties in without even talking about them. Now we are battling with getting them removed. Do not go here.
