I travel for work, just about every week. I'm forgetful, and often times irresponsible, but I'm only 67 years old, so I'm still learning and maturing. The email reminders from Bill McCandless Ford for when service is due, is just enough. They are gentle reminders to get in there and get the oil changed and the tires rotated... and that's great. But the courtesy and the professionalism of Lisa and the rest of the team takes it to the next level! The pricing is very competitive, the quality of work is as good as it gets, and the service and accommodation of schedules and special needs as good as it gets! Last week I was in a real jam, and had no way to get there to pick up my car... Lisa figured out a way to deliver it! Problem solved! I can't say enough good things about Bill McCandless Ford's Service Department... I'll be a customer for life!
