Milford Jeep has been owned an operated by the same family for over 75 years! We are one of the older remaining Jeep dealers in the state of Connecticut. Since our inception we used the phrase "Expect the Best" and we are still going strong. Joyce is here everyday making sure she meets with her customers one on one. She takes tremendous pride in offering an honest and family oriented atmosphere. Joyce hands picks her staff for sales service to parts. Awesome sale representative

I just purchase a Jeep Compass Gregory was my sale representative. Gregory went above & beyond to help me. He went over the entire car from top to bottom! AWESOME!!!***** One other thing I came in when the shop was about to close and he still help me.

Milford Auto Group

This is simply the finest dealership anywhere. First of all it is family owned and every member of the family actually works there. One of the owners, Bob Fedor, personally oversaw the purchase of our new Ram. He was 100% available and was in the background throughout our entire experience making sure everything went perfectly. He is honest, caring, and completely forthright. By the time we picked up our new Ram we felt like we were a part of his family. Our salesman, Mark Setaro, couldn't have been more professional or helpful. Mark was knowledgeable about every aspect of our purchase and helped me from start to finish making himself available at all times even when he wasn't working. Buying a new vehicle can be extremely stressful, however, when you have a professional such as Mark guiding you through the process it is anything but. The purchase of our 2022 Ram Rebel was a surprise gift for my wife and Mark and Bob went to great lengths to make it all happen. I can not express how appreciative I am to them both or what a great experience this has been.

New Car Lease

I was looking for a change for a lease and choose to go with a Jeep Renegade. The first dealership I visited was Milford Auto Group and they took excellent care of me, exceeding my expectations. My salesman, Mark Setaro went above and beyond to get me an extraordinary deal on a loaded Renegade, even though my intention was to go with a base model, they made a great deal possible for my means and for that I am very grateful. Beware

Milford Auto Group has had my car for repair since Jan. 8 (today is Feb. 11). The problem is electrical and thus not due to bad driving or an accident. I’ve now been without a car for nearly 6 weeks. I’ve had no word from them, or from Jeep, about when I might expect to get my car back. I’ve been offered nothing to compensate for the massive inconvenience. I will never, ever purchase another Jeep. I advise anybody looking to buy a car not to buy a Jeep. While I’m stuck with this one though (assuming it is returned to me at some point) I will, in the future, take it somewhere else.

I was very satisfied with your professionalism and your efforts to make this a pleasant event. You were very knowledgeable about your vehicles and took the time to explain their features. You were very helpful and located the exact car we wanted in a very short time. We had 2 issues when we came in, turning in our leased Jeep and getting a fair price. You handled both to our complete satisfaction. I live about 2 miles from another Jeep dealership but chose to be a repeat customer, based on how we were treated the last time we were new car shopping.
