Ralph was my salesperson and really took the time to make sure I was getting the car I really wanted, all while staying in a budget I felt comfortable with. Parker and Jack also made the paperwork process easy and flawless. I also have to mention Andi. She was so much fun to sit in my new car with as she went over all the features. We is my fifth Subaru that I have bought at Premier. I feel that the salesmen have always been exceptional! This time Ralph Ruiz was my salesman. He explained each step in the process clearly. He explained the details of the different aspects of the car that were new to me and connected my phone for me.

I was very impressed. The consultants were very thoughtful and candid throughout the process. Very likeable guys. We looked at a few cars and test-drove two. Subarus have excellent resale value, so we eventually decided to buy a new car (one of the remaining models from the last year) rather than used. We negotiated about the final price a bit, and in the end it felt like a win-win for both us and the guys who worked with us. Also: we toured their service department, since we'll be coming their for maintenance. I have to say, their garage is the cleanest I have ever seen. Very impressive.
