This buying experience took all of 2.5 hours from test drive to driving away with my certified pre-owned. This is my 4th purchase from Premier. Also note - the service dept is very good always treated respectfully.

When I inquired about a used car that was advertised online, someone from the dealership contacted me promptly. After some intense haggling (do NOT accept their first deal), we agreed on a purchase price. They fulfilled their end of the bargain, and as a plus, at the sale closing they did not attempt to add on costs for extended warranties etc. Time will tell about their service department. All in all, a painless experience and we got the car we wanted at a dealership that is convenient for us to get to.

I was very impressed. The consultants were very thoughtful and candid throughout the process. Very likeable guys. We looked at a few cars and test-drove two. Subarus have excellent resale value, so we eventually decided to buy a new car (one of the remaining models from the last year) rather than used. We negotiated about the final price a bit, and in the end it felt like a win-win for both us and the guys who worked with us. Also: we toured their service department, since we'll be coming their for maintenance. I have to say, their garage is the cleanest I have ever seen. Very impressive.

This is the third Subaru I have purchased in the last six years and every time they just outdo themselves. The only reason I have bought so many cars in a short amount of time is because I just love it when a new one comes out like for example I purchased the Subaru Forester sport back in 2019, loved it, but then they came out with the wilderness and I love that even more

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. The Premier staff who assisted me were all professional, kind, and helpful. They listened as I told them what I was looking for, and they did not pressure me into looking at or buying something else. They made my sales process a wonderful experience. Customer service of this caliber is extremely rare now-a-days. Buy at Premier! You won't be disappointed. And by the way, their service department is exceptional as well. :)
