Reviewed tire rotation with write up person, rear tires
Reviewed tire rotation with write up person, rear tires cross to front like it’s shown in 2020 Terrain book, page 328.I left book open to this page on passenger side for mechanic to also see. Rotation was done front to back driver side, same thing drivers side.Not as I requested!

Happiness stolen
I instantly had regrets after getting this car, it was crack in window not mentioned before purchase. Then the next day the service engine light came on. I paid over $20,000 and regardless to being used or not, that is a large amount of money to be spending and still have to make repairs. No warranties come with preowned cars unless it is a certified pre-owned vehicle. So unhappy!

They are lying to cover up the fact they sold me a used
They are lying to cover up the fact they sold me a used truck that should have never been certified. Told me the truck had the wrong steering wheel in it but when the gm rep calls them they tell them they no nothing about it being wrong. Real class act people. Theres plenty of other dealers please take your business elsewhere.

Got me in for oil change quick but no loaners for
Got me in for oil change quick but no loaners for warranty work when needed. Went to a different dealership that had no problem scheduling me for service and providing a loaner.
