    I have purchased two Audi’s from Middleburg hats. Audi and have been extremely happy both times. My salesman has always gone out of his way to help me... whenever I call. I would definitetly recommend this dealership and Chuck my salesperson.

    Contact dealer about an S model. No one respond. I guess they don't think I'm serious or maybe they don't need to sell car. Anyhow, I found a much lower... miles S model at another dealership who was happy to take my money.

    Audi Brand Specialist Joshua Patterson is the consummate gentleman-salesman. Now granted, yes: a salesman wants to sell you a car - so you would safely... assume they'll be polite, solicitous, "whatever it takes." But within two minutes of meeting him I explained, plainly, that "I'm not buying today; this is the beginning of my research and 'hunt.'" /// He didn't bat an eye, didn't pressure. /// Instead, he spent close to a full hour with me, answering every question (including the "lame" ones), and proceeded to walk me out into pouring rain, holding an umbrella over me, so I could sit in one of the vehicles and comb over it. (This, while he stood outside under his own umbrella while I examined the interior.) /// (Personal note: Joshua, I'm sorry if I talked your ear off. Thank you for your patience.) /// All that said, it's that style of consideration and approach to actually conversing with and hearing the concerns a potential customer that gets a customer like me back into the showroom. And, if I settle on an Audi and we can come to agreement on price and other terms, you can be sure I'll give my business to Mr. Patterson.

    I'm a first time buyer and ran across a used 2016 Audi A3 with 6k miles from this dealership. I reached out as I was preapproved through another company.... They responded within 24 hours and handled almost everything via phone and email. Allan Slavik was my sales rep and he made my first experience amazing. Everything happened flawlessly. He spoke with the company I was pre-approved through and they handled everything within 48 hours. I lived out of state so I drove up to sign for my car that weekend. I spent roughly one hour test driving the car, signing documents and being taught how to use the features. My experience was amazing. I'll definitely be returning once I'm ready to upgrade to my next Audi!

    I purchased my 2015 A6 from Audi Middleburg Heights about 6 weeks ago. My salesman, Allan Slavik, was accommodating, informative, and walked me through... every step of the selection and buying process. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Because he has continued to follow-up with me even at this point as to the satisfaction with my vehicle, I had mentioned to him that my steering wheel was squeaking occasionally. He said if it bothered me to bring it in and he would set up the service appointment. I emailed him one afternoon and within an hour, Gus with the service department called me at Allan's request. I explained to Gus about the steering wheel noise. I also requested that they clean the moonroof as I didn't feel it was properly cleaned before delivery to me (and to Audi Middleburg's credit they did a quick turnaround on this car for me!) They made an appointment that fit my schedule within the next week. I was able to drop off my car, hop in my loaner 2017 Q3 for the day and made it to work in plenty of time. When I picked up my car that evening, Brad Hall, my service advisor, walked me out to my car to ensure my satisfaction with the cleanliness of the moonroof. A week out, my salesman, Allan, reached out to check on the service and my squeaky steering wheel. I have had excellent, wait superior service from everyone I have encountered at Audi Middleburg Heights. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They have made a customer for life!

    I recently leased a 2017 Audi Q7 from Audi Middleburg Heights. I worked with Daniel Wain who was very knowledgeable and helpful as I picked out the Q7... I wanted. We found the car at another dealer, but Daniel and the team were able to get the car for me. Daniel worked with Scott Klimack who offered a great deal. The deal was so good, another local Audi dealership was making an offer to my wife on the same car and couldn't even match it! This rival dealership actually told us that we should take Audi Middleburg Height's deal! I then worked with John Zielaskiewicz, a finance manager, who explained everything very well and made the actual leasing process very easy. The team then delivered my Q7 on time in perfect condition. Daniel spent considerable time with me at pickup to be sure I understood the technology including linking my phone to the MMI, programming my garage door openers, and connecting my computer to the Wi-Fi hotspot in the Q7. I couldn't be happier with the Audi of Middleburg Heights team and my new Q7. It is a 3-row SUV that drives like a car and has all the latest technology to keep my wife and I safe. I will certainly send my friends to see Daniel and the team at Audi Middleburg Heights!

    Could not be more pleased with the experience at Audi Middleburg Heights. I was shopping for a used A3, not exactly what you would think of as a huge sale,... but they really made it feel like it was. Every aspect of the sale was explained in detail and they went above and beyond any expectations I could have had. Excellent communication before the sale to explain and prepare to do a one day transaction since I was coming from 4+ hours away. The dealership itself really reflects what Audi wants their locations to look and feel like. The dealership itself is very impressive, and the staff is as well. At my request, the salesman had the service tech raise the car on the lift so I could get a look at the undercarriage as well as ship back things left in the trade vehicle after the sale. This is what I mean when I say they go above and beyond. The car itself is excellent, and I am more than happy with the purchase.

    1)I was scheduled a 45k miles service and I wanted them to check the Audi A6 that I purchased. The service was scheduled on Friday 8:30 am and was not... done until Monday... Once I came there they had nothing in the system as if they never scheduled me in the first place... 2) I wanted them to check the crackling noise coming from a speaker, and they charge me additional cost only not to find it at all. Next day when I traveled to work I again found a different song that it was happening again and I stopped by so they can hear it for sure. Guess what, then told me that only if crackling happens with each and every song can they warranty the part. So to make it clear it is normal that every now and then a single speaker repeatedly makes crackling noise. I can't really believe that this is Audi nowadays. 3) Now to make things even worse service technician I was talking today (today is 5/23/2017) at one point just went out of the car in "I don't need to listen to you fashion". Very rude and something that they need to fix. I understand that they are upset but they need control themselves. Overall this was a humiliating experience and I am worried to ever come back there. Who knows what can happen???

    Our response to this guest review was delayed due to making sure that we got all of the associates together that were part of his visit to our dealers...hip. Between vacations and the Memorial Day holiday weekend, not all of them were available to help assess and determine what happened. Our appointment system is VIN driven, and this guest did not purchase his vehicle from us, so we needed the VIN at appointment scheduling which he did not provide to us until his arrival at our dealership. Once we had the VIN, we were able to confirm the appointment, and process his service request. We provided him with a new Audi to drive free of charge while his car was in for service. At no point was his appointment delayed beyond the scheduled appointment time that he came in for. His vehicle came in for multiple services including scheduled maintenance and other services that he requested that were billable at our normal rate. Any speaker defect would be covered by the Audi new vehicle warranty. He was not charged any cost whatsoever for the diagnosis of his speaker concern. After multiple attempts by the technician and our service manager, even at full sound system volume(whereby most people wouldn't set their radio at 100% volume), we were not able to recreate his speaker concern. The speakers did not crackle during our diagnosis. Therefore there was nothing to generate a warranty covered repair. All associates involved indicated that nothing humiliating was said to him at any time. We suggested that he may want to get a second opinion at another Audi dealership. We also did provide him with a complimentary hand car wash, alloy wheel cleaning, interior vacuum, and washed his windows. That is a service that is complimentary to all of our service guests. Additionally, we would invite him to contact us if the speaker crackling returns and we are able to hear it in our diagnosis, as it is covered under the remainder of his Audi new vehicle warranty. We took this review very seriously as it is part of our Audi dealership and Sunnyside Automotive mission to exceed guest expectations and aspire to the highest levels of customer service in our industry.

    Set up an appointment 2 weeks in advance for 3/27 11am (removing my 2 year old child's car seat while my friend looked after him at home) only to be told... that I got the date mixup and it's scheduled for 4/2 instead. They offered to service the car but would not provide a loaner, so I went home. After checking my email to find out that I was right, I called them back to see if they could pick up my car due to the inconvience, and they were unwilling. I work in customer service as well and do try not to be judgmental, but I really feel that I was ignored and was not offered the service that I deserve.
