The tire sales brought me in.
The tire sales brought me in. Sydney my service writer was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. While the truck was there for new tires I decided to have the brakes replaced. Again, Sydney made it easy. Thanks for the loaner car, it made the whole experience much easier.

Mike Savoie is the best.
Mike Savoie is the best. They are knowledgeable, polite, go out of their way to assist you. I travel 8 miles to come to this dealer even though I have dealers closer.

The people at the dealership were very helpful and answered all questions to satisfaction and followed up check up days later to ask if I had any issues with the vehicle and to set up a future date for inspection. It was a good experience I would send friends and family to them first if they inquire on a new/ues vehicle.

And when I asked, I was presented with multiple answers and only after inquiring more, they looked up the system to say that it was a software, not a hardware issue! They also tried to charge me even when I had coverage that I’m paying for from the dealership!

I went in for a standard oil change.
I went in for a standard oil change. When making the appointment I asked if I could use a coupon that I had, which they responded that I could. At the dealership they wouldn't let me use the coupon they had previously emailed. The coupon said it was $10 off oil change, tire rotation and brake inspection. They told me that the brake inspection done during the GM multipoint inspection did not qualify for this coupon and it was a different brake inspection. The coupon did not specify this and had no stipulations or fine print. Craig, the service manager also gave me a hard time with honoring the price listed on their website, stating the price listed was a coupon price and you could not use more than one coupon together. Which again did not say on any of the coupons that only one could be used. Even the "coupon price" listed on the website is a joke because they add extra shop fees on top of that, again NOT listed in the fine print. He was rude and advertised a false price with these coupons that they refused to accept. I would not have taken my car to this dealership had they been transparent on the actual price they were charging.
