After paying over $1800 for front end springs and...

After paying over $1800 for front end springs and alignment on our Smart car ... with out you telling us there was a problem aligning the steering wheel to center... The steering wheel is lopsided over 20 degrees! My wife called and was told they were aware and could not fix it then! We have appointment next week and hope for Resolution ASAP and no extra cost and a comped loaner car....
