Aaron greeted me at my scheduled time.

Aaron greeted me at my scheduled time. He promptly initiated the services I scheduled. Jared diligently followed up with me on the status of my services. He proposed and I agreed with adding a few extra services. When the work was completed, Jared advised me where my vehicle was parked. He further guided me where to pay for the work. Excellent customer service by Aaron and by Jared!

From the time I walked into the service area, I was treated with exceptional courtesy and respect. My information was taken down, and the dealership made arrangements for me to be transported home. When I returned to pick up my car, all of the services that had been rendered and the costs were explained in detail. The service techs and the cashier were absolutely professional and respectful of your time and expense. I will return for service in the future, and as long as I own this CR-V. I apologize for not taking down all of the names. Both Rich Smiley and Ken Kline assisted me with the service on my car, and they were both fantastic. Kudos to your service team.

I bought a brand new Honda CRV from this dealership.

I bought a brand new Honda CRV from this dealership. I was promised free all season mats included in the deal. On the vehicle pickup day, i was told that mats are running back order and i will get them in a week. Its been one month, after so many excuses that we are working on getting them. They finally told that mats can’t be comped. If you commit something, you should honor that.

We have been buying Hondas from this dealership since 1992. We have gotten all our cars serviced there and have been very pleased and satisfied. We highly recommend them!
