Rich Smiley is a wonderful service representative. He answered all my questions and helped me reset the dashboard display when I couldn't figure it out.

I have no way of knowing if the reasons for my visit were taken care of, but I did find a paint chip on the entry handle on the driver's side. All I know is that it wasn't there prior to my leaving the car at Troy Honda. That is concerning.

Excellent communication . The staff was very honest on repair cost . I made my appointment on line and was able to get in right away although I started I wanted my brakes done and they didn’t have the parts . They kept the car overnight which wasn’t a problem and uber me a ride home. The parts delivery in am and received a call soon and the car drives like a dream for a 2010 Civic

John is kind, professional and terrific to work with. My car insurance had a nationwide system outage; I could not get insurance coverage on Saturday when purchasing the vehicle. John met me on Sunday so I could take possession of the vehicle. Talk about great service!
