I needed an oil change for my Accord and called for appt. I had the privilege to be assisted by AI program. I was able to get an appt. Aaron checked me in and elected to wait on my vehicle. While waiting we checked our CRV and noticed we needed an oil change for that vehicle also. We were able to get both vehicles in immediately. The wait for both vehicles was within expected time. Aaron service staff was excellent and provided outstanding customer service. At checkout we were able to use rewards program. We have bought all vehicles at Troy Honda and received all services there. We appreciate all the staff who serviced our vehicles. Thank you Troy Honda.

We recently bought a car from Michael (Mike) Smith. He was very friendly and had all the answers to our questions when we came in to buy a new car. We were very happy with the level of service and would use him again when we buy our next Honda!

Service advisor met me at my car before I turned off the engine and got out of the car. Very thorough with questions at car. Offered service options at his desk and didn't try to up sell anything. Offered options and answered my questions thoroughly. Clean facility, adequate waiting area. Only issue was with internet, login and password would not connect. Not a big deal as when internet was inaccessible I walked to a restaurant abour 1.5 miles away. As soon as I got back from walking car was ready. Timing was good.

Please get in touch about not applying assessmnent of vehicle that was over $500 to work done on my ac's evaporator core. Also, please stop dodging my emails and reimburse me for the from windshield you admitttedly broke. Never is too soon to return to you guys.
