It had been several years since I was at Nissan of North

It had been several years since I was at Nissan of North Olmsted. All of the Service Advisors were the same guys i remember. Employee retention tells me it has to be a good place to work and that the employees are treated well!

Every time I have to deal with your service department I

Every time I have to deal with your service department I feel like they think they are doing me a favor. I sense a better than thou attitude that makes me feel uncomfortable. I have had great service from your car sales people even helping me with the code to scan for information on a new Murano.

Service: Express Oil change and tire rotation.

Service: Express Oil change and tire rotation. Utilized a Nissan oil change coupon. Had a tire rotation coupon which Nissan would not accept. Rule is coupons cannot be used with any other offer. Coupons were on the 1-90 Nissan website together. If not useable together, why post them together. Somewhat confusing for customer. Work was completed as promised, and car was washed. Problems were: > Wait time included extra 25 minutes after I received email job was done. Busy I quess. > Projected cost estimate was $100. Bill was $116. Justin resolved the bill issue quickly once I pointed out the oil change coupon was not applied. He applied it and an additional $5 off for the inconvenience. Way to go, Justin! Solid use of job autonomy to resolve a customer service issue. Appreciated!!

I appreciated the honest feedback that I didn’t need tire rotation. I was in and out for oil change and they washed the vehicle as well.

They recognized what my car needed (tires) before I was

They recognized what my car needed (tires) before I was aware. Brooke and Danny were very professional in scheduling and getting all the work done, which was a big job this time. 60K service plus tires plus brakes. It feels good knowing that all the safety issues are fixed.
