I bought a 2012 S550 4Matic CPO. I would not recommend you buy a car with them unless the car they presented as CPO has indeed undergone CPO certification and you need to ask them what they have done to CPO the car. They emailed me for a car that is CPOd but has not even been cleaned, much so inspected. We agreed on the price. When I received the car, they is a curb rash on the right bumper. Would not buy a car from them again.

I am extremely happy to have made the decision to buy my new car from MERCEDES BENZ in North Olmsted, despite living in Detroit. The dealership was recommended to me by a colleague, who had a similar, great experience with them. My main contact person at MB North Olmsted was Drew Dunleavy, and I have nothing but great things to say about him. He was always very courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond, and was always available, even when I came to pick up my car on his day off! I was extremely impressed by the overall service. The handover also went very smooth, and my brief meeting with the finance manager Justin also went very well. The GM Helder Rosa was also very approachable, and accommodating, and great to deal with. Nothing but great things to say about this dealership. Excellent customer service!!

Picked up my glk 350 2015. Sals person are also so dedicated and work things out till the end to help you as soon as they can. Work very fast. Done my paper work only 1 days and half :)
