After years of having GM vehicles, I decided that it was time for a change. I had researched several other manufacturers and decided that I would go with Kia. I was met at the door by Michael who took a genuine interest in what I was trying to accomplish. I had several models that I wanted to look at and Michael was very accommodating with working up payment options. Once I had decided on my new car, he helped with the lease turn in for my old car and arranged for me to be picked up at the other dealership. He explained the vehicle to me and a few other things that I needed to know about. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
