Everyone at the dealership that I met was very friendly without being overbearing. My salesperson was not pushy and answered all my questions. It was refreshing.

Great dealership helped get my sister/gma out of her car cause my gma couldn't drive anymore and Ford was giving us a hassle about getting rid of it Halleen Kia was able to swing it so that we could get rid of the car pay it off

When you aren't sure what to do ask God. I inherited my grandma lease after she decided she was not going to driving anymore . I had a hard time with the dealership that car was leased with to switch the names over. I was just going to "bit the bullet" and ride it out until it ended and turn it and get my self a new car. Well, hearing the radio ads that they will buy your lease. Wasn't sure if it was true or not. Natalyya, Don, Matt and Lori made it possible for me to get out of the lease and get me in to my new car. They listed to my situation, got me in the car that I wanted and worked in to my price raged.

Molly's review: October 2, 2019:  Molly at Halleen Kia in North Olmsted is the absolute bomb!! Talk about getting the job done and getting it right the first time!!! I just can't say enough about her professionalism and accuracy while selling me a new car. She was definately a sales person who represented not only her positive and thorough knowledge of the 2020 Kia Soul S and X Lines, she left ALL my questions answered. What really and most importantly impressed me about Molly is how hard she worked on my behalf (going back and forth to get me approved...she must've done that AT LEAST have a dozen times) to get me the deal that I was comfortable with by the sales price and monthly payments that my limited income could afford. To be fair, there was a small hitch-in-my get along such as I was told that Kia no longer puts a spare tire in their vehicles and replaced them with a tire inflation kit, but when I looked at this particular model, there WAS a spare in it. When I called it to her attention, her positive attitude informed me that I get to keep it even though I signed a statement which read that their vehicles do not come with a spare yet if I wanted one, it would cost $298 more. (This is one of Kia's new policies since they don't want their customers changing the tire on the side of the road due to the many deaths that have occurred in recent years to people getting hit by passing cars.) When I called it to Molly Baron's attention that there was a factory-installed spare, she said I get to keep it; that they were not going to take it out and replace it with a tire inflation kit...much to my joy! Molly's positive attitude, non-pushy and thorough knowledge of all the vehicles on Halleen Kia's lot in North Olmsted was the best I ever had the greatest pleasure of working with The whole experience was superb. When I first met her, I told her what I wanted, how much interest I'd be willing to pay, and what I felt comfortable with on my payments each month. Instead of pushing me to look at the vehicles on the lot, she gently and thoroughly explained how Halleen sells new vehicles, sells the "Certified, pre-owned", vehicles and expressed her extentive knowledge on how leasing a vehicle works. . Now that's an honest-to-goodness positive and completely knowledgeable person to make a sale in a way I though I'd never, EVER, have the opportunity to deal with a car salesperson such as Molly. Being almost 60 yrs old, I've had my share of cars sold to me over the years and most turned out to be a major pain in the neck or simply a 'bum-wrap.' If you get a chance to test drive one of Kia's new Souls, Sportages, Molly's your gal and will work hard to get you your hearts desires. If she can do it for me...a single parent on a permanent disability status, she surely can do the same for you. Check her out! She is the bomb at getting us folks what they're comfortable with! Due to her expert knowledge and excellent listening skills I am now the proud new owner of 2020 Kia Soul S that is roomy, has a totally smooth ride with so many safety features that auto insurance companies give good rates due to those features. We came to your dealership because of the great deal you offered on the TV commercials. of The sale was made because of the deal put together by our salesman Arnaldo Rivera and his manager, sorry don't know his name but gave us a great deal. Arnaldo has many years experience and it showed. We were never pressured and he was very patient with our many questions. He went over the many new features on the car until we were comfortable with them. Everyone we encountered acted professionally. We have already expressed to our friends and family to remember your dealership when shopping for a new car.

This is my 4th Kia. The salesman I purchased my first 3 Kias from left the dealership, I saw Molly had excellent reviews and decided to contact her. Boy am I glad I did! Molly was the perfect salesman for me. She understood my needs and my budget. I never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle I could not afford. Before leaving the dealership, Molly made sure I completely understood all the new features on the Kia Sportage. I have no doubt I will be seeing her when it is time to lease my 5th Kia!
