Trading in a Sorrento for a Sedona. Our sales woman was fantastic . Very knowledgeable about all the gimmicks and gadgets on the Sedona . She was a gem.

I had serious doubts that I would be able to drive away in any type of car with the situation I was in, however I was able to drive away in a brand new car that was affordable. Our sales professional Elizabeth Mansfield was incredible kind and knowledgeable. She calmed my nerves and had me smiling through the entire experience. Very happy to be part of the Kia family!

I had no intention of even looking at a KIA untIl my husband asked me to begin our car search there. I went to just appease him and to “get it out of the way “ and then get on with our “real” search. Then Charles the salesperson came out to greet us. He was personable and did not talk non stop with a hard sell sales pitch. This would have caused us to leave the lot and not return. Charles pointed out the best details of the KIA and never criticized other makes. He is a down to earth human being with no “frills”. We can’t say enough positive things about him. We met his wife on the lot and she is sweeter even than Charles. If that’s possible. Now that we have been driving our Forte for a month we are totally happy with it.
