The sales rep was friendly, welcoming, and not exerting any pressure during our meeting. When I presented to him where I needed to be financially, he said he would try to meet that goal, and he did! Later on he went over most of the features on the new car and made sure that I understood their operation.

13 years ago Charles helped me purchase my 1st Kia, a Sorento. Oh how i loved my Sorento. Charles was so wonderful that I came back to purchase my second Kia, though he switched into the finance area at that time. Still had such a good experience that I came back and purchased my Optima EX gdi that I still drive and love now!!! So, here we are and my son has now purchased his new used Kia Soul!! Keeping the Kia tradition going in my family!! Thanks Charles, Steve and everyone else at Kia!!! You have all been wonderful over all of these years and I will continue in the future!!

My husband and I had been looking to trade in our Kia Sorento for another vehicle and had been shopping around. We stopped at the Kia Dealership in North Olmsted and met with Michael Seale the Sales Associate. He couldn't have been nicer or more efficient in trying to help us find the perfect car for us. We had stopped back a couple of different times after shopping around. Michael was so helpful in trying to get us with the perfect car, he went out of his way to work with us . We did end up purchasing a 2014 Chevy Equinox that we love. I can not say enough about the service , professionalism and help Michael had given us during this experience !!! I then sat with Jay Vicario to finalize the sale, he also was a delight and wonderful person to deal with! Our experience on a whole was by far one of the Best I have had in buying a vehicle !

We anticipated being at the dealership a while and we were, however, staff was accommodating and friendly. Complimentary beverages and books were convenient as we had our 10-month old along for the ride.
