Car shopping is usually a waste of time and stressful for me. It was a completely different experience here. From the time I walked in the door, I was greeted professionally by Leon. He was very friendly and worked quickly to find what I was looking for. From start to finish there was no pressure and I felt like a valued customer.

It was a hot day and we were late and forgot name to take care. Another gentleman helped until We recalled name (Mr. Lester). They.were okay with switching to Lester who had been recommended. We were given water and all went smoothly.

My salesman was Charles Scott. I was in need of a good vehicle but quite unsure of what it might be. His patience was amazing. After showing many options (Soul and Sorento) I choose to test drive the 2020 Soul, and immediately my decision was made. Mr. Scott proceeded with paperwork and had the vehicle I was trading in evaluated, came back in relatively great timing with trade-in value and payment options. I wasn't sure about leasing a vehicle but that is exactly what I did. Payments needed to be within my budget and again Mr.Scott came through! Being a first time buyer of a new vehicle on my own...I couldn't have asked for a more understanding salesperson. I'm sure I wasn't an easy sell and for that I apologize but I thank you Mr.Scott I LOVE MY NEW CAR! And also for my "PET" who accompanies my every ride! Mr.Scott and Halleen Kia you are the best!
