I wanted a new Soul because I gave my old to my granddaughter. Brian greeted me and listened to my story and what I wanted in my new car, he was very helpful in keeping me out of the hot sun, due to my medical problems. he went and brought the car with the color and features I wanted into a covered area for me to see. He was always pleasant and very helpful, kept in touch with me about the process of purchasing the car. My sister bought here in 2012, I now bought this great car and the good service and my daughter-in-law is anticipating buying in the next 9 months or so. My family members are part of Halleen KIA family. Everyone made my experience happy and problem free. Brian is an awesome representation for your company , and so was Matt.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience from all the people that helped us with our Kia Sportage selection. Going in we were uncertain on what choice to make but Molly was very helpful in breaking the decision down by showing us the selection from Soul, to Sportage, and Sorento matched with our needs the choice was easy. On a July weekend a couple weeks ago, knowing my 2017 Sportage lease was nearing it's end. looking on line at the new Sportage . I stopped in Halleen to take a look at their choices of models. Making a appointment earlier in the day with Michael Seale , I explained to Michael how much I was comfortable with spending a month on a auto payment, between him and Don Bazzo they figured my interest percentage option, how much I needed as a down payment to achieve the range I was comfortable with monthly. I chose a nice looking white LS model Sportage ., I sat down with Oleg Gera and he explained the various optional extended coverage available to me. I agreed on a road hazzard and was explained to by Oleg what it cost and what was covered. happy I made all the right choices I signed to buy that white 2020 Sportage. But as I was ready to leave a steel grey ES model caught my eye. I wasn't taking the new car home that day. It was on my mind all night not sure that the white LS model was my final choice. So the next step was to call in and ask if I could change my mind on which model would satisfy me most. After Talking with Justin Labuda he assured me that I had a three day window. between Justin and Michael they made it possible to purchase the grey 2020 Sportage ES that caught my eye, So I would like to thank Michael Seale , Justin Labuda , Don Bazzo and Oleg Gera for their patience. in the end it was painless and a pleasure to work with all that helped me through the purchase. I walked in at 7 and had a car, the car I came in for, by 8:30. Josh was super friendly and made the daunting car buying process a breeze. I was nervous about financing and the whole team worked with me and I feel like I got a fair deal.

I was so excited to find out that your dealership had a Telluride S come onto your lot! Lori Light contacted my husband right away and she provided me the information to get preapproved and put a deposit on it to hold it that evening. I came in that night and talked to Justin who set me up with a remarkable sales person Charles. He was so amazing, polite, personable, and he was very knowledgable for not having the vehicle on your lot that long!
