Buying a KIA Forte

Came in looking for a new car, and I hate this process. But Natalyya was very friendly and made this process as painless as could be.

No pressure

I had gone to the auto show and researched what I wanted, intended to drive and check the cars in my garage, the Kia Niro and a similar Nissan. When I went to Halleen, the sales person, Vadym was very pleasant. I was pleased with how it fit in my garage, but still needed to check Nissan. Vadym with ok with that, and then after being at Nissan with high pressure, and Nissan no longer carrying the car I want, I went back to see Vadym. Wrote up the paper work for a car at another dealership. Took a while, but the pick up went smoothly. So nice not have the pressure sales. Thanks Halleen!!!

Great Experience

A big thanks to Molly. She was amazing to work with. My kids had a blast talking to her while we waited to finish the process. Justin got me approved and Matt finished the process. All three of them made this process happened fast and easy.

Professional service

Charles Scott was excellent. He listened to my situation and got me taken care of with my situation in mind. Charles was knowledgeable of the Sorento I wanted and once all the paperwork and legwork was done he set up my phone and showed me all the features for my best ride. I would like to give a shout out to Jay Vicario who got me the best deal as well. he explained the paperwork with detail and answered all my questions to make sure i understood everything. If you are looking for a car and you are in the Cleveland Ohio area i recommend going to Halleen KIA in North Olmsted.

Best Experience EVER

Our salesperson, Charles, was the best! He was knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. The dealership was professional, clean, and run smoothly. We even had the opportunity to meet the owner! Oleg in finance was a pleasure to work with, because of his organization and no pressure approach . We drove off the lot in our new Kia Optima feeling that we received the best deal possible. We highly recommend this dealership, and will mention our positive experience to all of our friends.

Brian is a fantastic salesperson!

I bought my first Kia. Love the Sportage. Highly recommend working with Brian. He was very helpful and informative. I felt no pressure it was the best car buying experience I ever had.

Traded in 2008 for a 2017!!!!!

Jim helped me trade in my 2008 Kia Rio for a BEAUTIFUL brand new 2017 Kia Optima EX!!!! I love my new car! I was very worried that my credit wouldn’t go through but it did and I was so happy, I cried tears of joy. I’m hoping I’m remember the mans name, Matt, he helped me sign the final paperwork for my Kia and he was just so sweet and accommodating to my grandma and I wanted to mention him. Jim sold me my original Kia Rio about 5 years ago and I will forever recommend him for his amazing service and compassion for his job. He works so hard. He is such an amazing man.

New forte lease

Our salesman Jim was very helpful, courteous and didn’t pressure us into choosing something we didn’t want or couldn’t afford. He hustled as quickly as possible to get us through the lease process, unfortunately there was a delay at the end that cost us an extra hour or so. All in all, we got what we wanted and will be back again.
