This is my second Kia Soul, I went back to the North Olmsted dealership because my first experience was so great. This time was even better, Jim was very personable and knowledgeable . He answered all my questions somehow knew red was the color for me! The paperwork can normally be a grueling aspect of car buying but Matt made sure I was on my way extremely quickly and at no point did I feel pressured. When the purchase was final Jim even offered to help move my belongings from my trade in to the new car and set up my phone.

Jim was amazing the second I walked in the door. This was my first time in a dealership and he made me comfortable and the whole process was smooth. He walked me through everything and made sure I was ok with everything. I highly recommend Kia of North Olmsted.

Jimmy is very nice and accommodating. He goes over and above. He knows my husband and I hate waiting around, so he emailed me the credit form and we emailed back and forth, and when we got to the dealership, everything was almost ready. He worked with financing to make it work for us. The finance managers are also terrific. We've been doing business with this dealership since 2012, always a good experience. Thanks!

Michael was very patient in helping me find the car the met all of my needs. I had walked in with a certain car in mind and when that did not work out as I wanted it to, Michael was very good at presenting alternate options.

Process went quickly. Mike stayed late to work with me. Picked up my vehicle the next day and called a month or so later to check on me.
