This is the 11th car one of our family members has purchased from Halleen. Jim McConville helped us find the perfect vehicle that was in our budget, he was very friendly and took his time helping us find exactly what we have been looking for. Jim didn't pressure us as alot of other car salesman have. He also made sure we understood everything through the process of leasing our first new used card.

Having purchased four cars at four different dealerships in the last six years, I can confidently say that my experience with Halleen Kia of North Olmsted was the best of all. When my car was declared a total loss after an accident, I began shopping around for used vehicles because I knew a new car would be well out of my range. A friend of mine gave me Michael Mills’ information and told me to start there. Much to my own surprise, I drove off the lot with a beautiful brand new Kia Optima! Michael made that possible. From start to finish, he was right there to ensure the car buying process went as smooth as it could. He answered all of my questions directly and honestly, and made sure that I was comfortable during the few hours I spent in the showroom. Purchasing a car because you have to is unsettling, but the experience I had blew me away. This was the first time I felt completely at ease working with a car salesperson. That alone is enough for me to consider myself a lifelong customer of Michael Mills at Halleen Kia!

This is my second time purchasing a car from this dealer, and I would keep going back for my next purchase in the future. They are helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I only wish they would have told me how to start my car (push start, haha, I felt silly trying to figure that one out)
