I purchased my first 2015 Kia Soul at Halleen Kia in North Olmsted back in 2014. They sales team helped me sign and drive that day. I was happy then and I’m back again. Just purchased 2020 EX Soul from Zakiyyah. She was very helpful, courteous and got me the Soul I wanted. The team made me feel welcomed and I appreciate having a good business relationship with Halleen.

Best car buying experience that I've had in 20+ years. The least amount of haggling that I've ever done leasing a car. Vadym was attentive, patient, very knowledgable about the differences in the trim lines and not pushy at all. Had to order the Telluride and he kept me up to date over the next 5 weeks. He came in twice on his day off so that my wife could test drive the model and I could complete the paperwork. It is clear to me that Vadym won't be a salesman for long, as a promotion is certainly in his future.

I just leased my 2020 Kia Soul S and my Sales Person was Jon Odee who was the same one when I leased my 2016 Kia Soul. Jon was, as always, was very knowledge and helpful getting me acclimated with both of my leases. There were times when he saw me coming into the sales room, I am sure he thought he wanted to be some place else, but no, he was just as helpful as always. He has always made me feel I am his most important customer., along with the rest of the people in the 'Sales' force at Halleen Kia.

I went for an oil change and the service staff was able to accommodate me for a personal family matter. When I returned, the service department was still able to service my Sorento. I am very appreciative. The service department is doing something right, they are busier now, than ever. I love being able to schedule my service online. It is so convenient.
