Love my new Kia

Walked in on a busy Saturday and was greeted by Elizabeth who was so sweet and helpful! Left a few hours later with my new SUV. They made it so easy! Everyone there is so nice!

Super easy!

After the last dealership I worked with made life difficult, I was wary of trying another one and expected the usual haggling and games that happen when car shopping, but Halleen made things super easy! Michael Mills was awesome to work with. My father arrived before I did, and Michael was the only one to ask him if he needed help. He answered all my questions truthfully and didn't try to push me into more car than I needed. Financing was easily done and they were able to get me a better rate than I found during my pre-qualification shopping. I will definitely go to Halleen for future vehicle needs.

The best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership

This is by far my best experience buying a new car. Charles Scott was a true professional, he was very patient and did not pressure me into buying something I didn’t want. He was very knowledgeable after my car purchase and made sure I knew everything about my new car before I drove it off the lot. The finance manager Oleg was very thorough and helpful, he worked with me to get the best protection for my new car and made signing the documents easy stress free. I will recommend Halloween Kia and Charles to anyone and everyone of my friends and family who plan on buying a new car.

Car Biying Made Easy

Car not totally cleaned

Last time we leased a car and it was prefect inside and out. This time we bought a used car (2018 Ford Flex) and it was storming that night so we couldn't tell when we picked it up, but it smelled like they cleaned it, however, in the morning the smell was gone and we could see the whole car needed washed out and swept. So we wondered if they just spray clean car spray. It had been swept once you cld tell but there was marks on doors, back panels, seats, etc. inside that had dirt marks. We washed it out ourselves and now looks prefect. They did wash the outside of it. Greg had gotten very sick so Jon said he would handle the closing sale for him. We don't know who dropped the ball, but this is something that shouldn't happen again to ppl. Otherwise things went well and we appreciate doing business there again with them and would otherwise would recommend them.

Overall good experience

No major complaints. Took longer than expected. Everyone was very nice and explained things thoroughly when I had questions. This was my first car buying experience and I'm glad I chose Halleen Kia.

Great customer service

Great dealership. Our salesman, Michael Seale was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and really worked to get us a good deal. Highly recommend him. Great customer service.

Unprofessional and Disrespectful Sales Consultant

Mr. Rivera was very unprofessional and disrespectful. He did not pay attention to what we asked. He tried to sell us the car with the options he wanted and when we pointed out the discrepancy between the MSRP he quoted us and the one we got from Kia.com, he got angry and said something along the lines: 'My accent might not be perfect but I am not stupid, I am doing this for 19 years now'. Essentially, accusing us of being biased and prejudiced (at worst) or culturally insensitive (at best). Of note is the fact that my wife and I have both very strong accents as well since we emigrated to the US. So, another very possible (and equally disturbing) interpretation of what he was saying is that we are stupid.

Halleen Kia was great I got the car I wanted the lady that sold me the car and the financing we're both awesome. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone needing a vehicle.
