Vadym was great and the whole experience was quick and easy. There was no pressure, even during the final signing when dealers usually try to sell you all kinds of worthless upgrades and warranties.

Glad I came out to Halleen
I was just wanting to come out to test drive the niro! I was greeted by a salesmen as soon as I got up to the door! Arnaldo was my guy! The process took a while and I was nervous! But he help me to make a better decision! This is my third Kia! I’m glad I came out to Halleen everyone was so friendly! Way better than montrose Kia! I think everyone introduced themselves rather they were taking care of me or not!! Very pleased with everything great dealership!!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!
We just leased the silver 2019 Kia Sportage. Our sales representative was Jim McConville. He was absolutely wonderful! We came in Sunday and gave him our information and came back with a price that we were not happy with but decided to do it. That night I emailed stating we were going to pass until a later date. However, the very next morning Jim texted and emailed me stating he got us a price under what we requested. I gave him all the necessary forms over email and fax and he stayed 4 hours after his shift so we could come in and bring our new car home that day. We are so happy! I love the new sportage. It's exactly what I've wanted for 2 years and am so happy Jim made it happen for us!! He was fast, efficient, and courteous. He answered all of our questions and explained everything to us! We will only buy and lease from Halleen kia moving forward. Especially after our awful experience of buying our other kia from montrose last year. We highly recommend halleen kia and Jim McConville!!!!

Best experience car buying so far!
I was treated shabbily by a place I had bought two cars from. Randomly decided to stop at Halleen to see what they had. Met Marshall, who is an amazing salesman and he made the entire process so easy along with his coworker Brian. The financing portion, which is usually the worst and longest part of buying a car, was a breeze. And the service I received has been exceptional when I had a small problem with my Telluride.

Pleasant, Polite, and Professional - Read this
All the employees at this dealership were very helpful throughout the process. Before walking into the dealership, my fiancé and I had done our homework and knew the specific vehicles we wanted to test drive. Upon arrival, we expressed that to Arnaldo and he didn't try to upsell us one bit, or put us into a different vehicle - he respected our decision. He promptly had the car pulled around, went over the multitude of features, equipment, etc. and handed us the keys. After completing the test drive, we sat down and talked some numbers. There was some negotiation, but my fiancé and I weren't able to get to a number that "we couldn't walk away from." Plus, it was the end of the day, everyone was tired and wanted to get home, we had dogs to feed, and we were hungry. So, we left Friday night without making a purchase OR feeling pressured to make a purchase - he gave us space. We returned the next day in the afternoon and went for another test drive to make sure we were confident that was the vehicle we wanted and to further discuss the numbers. After a little more negotiating on trade-in value, purchase price, and APR, we were able to come to a number that we felt was quite fair. Could we have fought harder for a couple hundred bucks more? I'm sure we could have, but to me, I felt like they had earned our business. The car was priced fairly to begin with (comparing to similar vehicles across the nation, not just local inventory), the staff was kind, and we were supporting a local dealership. To us, this was more about creating and fostering a relationship for future business, not just a one-and-done type deal. We were positive, cracked jokes, and were also real with our numbers when negotiating. You get back what you put out there. Arnaldo was calm, relatable, and talkative - he was kind. And the experience continued when we met with the Oleg. As is his position, he tried to up-sell us on extended warranties, maintenance plans, etc. We politely declined because we were trying to keep our monthly payments at a pre-determined price. He understood our concerns and presented us with some competitive prices and, as part of the deal, offered to drop our APR even lower. We talked about the pros & cons of the warranties/maintenance plans, and felt that it was in our best interest to select a few of the options with which he presented us. Granted, he did have some wiggle room because our credit scores were so strong (so take note: not everyone may have this opportunity), but we felt that it was a nice gesture and he was trying to earn our business, not just rush us out the door - he understood our situation and presented us with assurances on our purchase. All in all, this was the least stressful situation we have ever encountered when making such a large financial purchase. There is no doubt: they have earned our future business. Or, at a minimum, they have earned our first stop when looking for another vehicle. As should be first and foremost in any financial purchase, the numbers have to be right. I am confident that when we go back in the future, this dealership will do whatever is within their power to try and make the numbers work. In the event that the numbers don't work, I know they will extend a handshake and say, "Thank you for the opportunity. I hope we can make it work next time." That's the type of people you'll find at this dealership; courteous, honest, and professional. If you are looking at purchasing a vehicle, do yourself a favor: stop in and say hi. What's the worst that could happen?
