A+ rating for Charles Scott in customer service and professionalism. On one occasion, he had to dig out the Sedona of my choice under 2 feet of snow. No snowstorm could stop him. Always pleasant to be with. Charles looks out for his customer - he even had my Sedona detailed twice to make sure it was spotless. After the sale, Charles went above and beyond to help my husband and I set up the electronics in the Sedona and made sure we understood all the features! We were very impressed with Charles Scott. Manager Don Bazzo ensured the entire experience was enjoyable. He's very knowledgeable and always available to answer any question. Don explained different tricks, bait and switches in advertisements used by other dealerships that would never be allowed at Halleen Kia. If you want honest pricing - Halleen Kia is the place for you. Don really cares about his customers. Contracts are painless with Steve Stein. Very personable.

I sigh for a car, I took it back,next day begging em not to do the deal. They put me in other car, engine light on, I return it, I begged em again to take the deal back. I ddn thave no choice but pick the one that was more then in. My budget. I'm so upset.. I got ripped offffff The car is worth $19,000 & they charge me $24,000
