Switched dealers due to a very bad experience at the location where Sorento was leased. Not going to give them my service dollars. Everyone at Halleen was friendly and good spirited. I was kept apprised of the work and progress on the vehicle. Met with my former sales associate, the GM and the owner. Sure they weren’t busy, but still took the time to make me feel welcome.
