Went to dealer, test drove several cars and got reasonable lease prices. Wasn't pressured ti spend more. My questions were answered, and even after the deal, sales person still responds to texts. First time I leased a car, and so far it's been a good experience.

Myles was great to deal with; I arranged a test drive over a text and the demo car was waiting and running when I got there. He went above and beyond to locate a vehicle still on the boat that matched the color and options I was looking for. And, I felt I was able to get a great price on the new car while getting a fair price for my trade. I had to wait a couple weeks for the new vehicle to arrive and Myles was extremely prompt with updates during the transit and very helpful during the vehicle delivery. Overall - a very low pressure and pleasant experience. Steve Paduano was also great making sure that I was satisfied with the buying process. I reached out to Josh through the Montrose Volvo website after finding the XC90 we were interested in on the inventory search page. I appreciated his prompt responses. We negotiated the price through email and communications were straightforward and without games. In the end, I think I got a fair price and I appreciated Josh's open communication style. We drove up from Cincinnati to sign the papers and pick up the vehicle. Josh and the finance guy had just about everything ready to go for us when we arrived. The entire process was painless.
