I went in for an oil change and it was the same guy who checked me in the last time, Nate. He really knows his stuff....makes you feel that you're leaving your car in capable hands!

Excellent Dealership
Every time I've taken my car in the service advisors have been extremely courteous and knowledgeable, even though I know they are under a lot of stream.. There is a steady stream of people coming in before work but I've never had to wait more than a few minutes, at that, before I was seen. The facility is clean and the service staff are well dressed. If you wait for your car they have free coffee and donuts plus a tv to watch. I'd say Ingersoll does it better than anyone else I've taken my car to.

Good service. Consultant very good and efficient.
I had been in the hospital and my car had not been used, except for someone starting it up once-in-awhile. I just wanted to have my car checked to make sure that everything was O.K. I had everything checked and except for new brakes which I was aware of, everything checked out. Dawn Bessette (Service Consultant) was her usual wonderful self. Didn't hesitate to take care of me and to make sure that everything was O.K. I had a recall on my car, but as yet you have not received the parts, or still don't have a fix. Hopefully, this isssue will be resolved soon.

Too many recalls
I'm tired of bringing my vehicle back for recalls that gm says are only if you experience that particular issue. Bad way of handling recalls. You should check my vehicle for any and all possible recall issues before something happens like an accident or excessive wear on the motor from an issue not readily apparent like losing coolant.

Emergency Repair
Front desk personnel were very helpful, they arranged a loaner even though it was not a scheduled visit, identified and fixed the problem and was able to pick up the car the next day. Hassle free service.
