We recently moved to CT, we love looking at new and used cars. What’s odd is, we’ve been here about 3 times in the last 6 months looking around. On lower lot; all the way to the showroom windows, not one person has greeted us, smiled, ask if we need any help, nothing. We even looked at two guys inside looking right at us just sitting there. Def an odd vibe, I thought the people working there wanted to make money, maybe they have enough sales remotely.

Never feel oversold and everyone is very friendly and professional. Scheduling is also a breeze.

Leo (Sales) and Rich (finance) as well as the Sales Manager and the rest of the team were outstanding. Very hard to find a store this good. Extremely professional and transparent. 10/10 would recommend.

Had issue with car just shutting down, Malfunction indicator lamp was on steady. It took them awhile to diagnose issue but car has been fine since replacing parts. Had to leave car overnight but they make it so convenient with their shuttle service. All the employees are very friendly-would definitely come back for service.

Friendly courteous staff…my oil change was done quickly and without any issues. The waiting room/lounge was clean and well stocked with coffee.

Clean job changing oil. No oil on my garage floor. Left valve cap off one tire but I have extra caps here.

Excellent service. Didn’t have to wait long. Very professional. I would like to see a lower price for tire rotation and oil change. But otherwise excellent.
