Excellent .

Excellent . Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to all of my needs. I was treated like a VIP. I would not hesitate to go back for my next car.

I purchased my new Maverick from Colonial Ford - Danbury - my go to dealer and sales person - Tim. Very pleased with my purchase. Employee pricing made a difference. The design and quality of the Tremor makes this small pickup my everyday driver.

Quick, honest and transparent sales process and

Quick, honest and transparent sales process and negotiation. Sales manager appeared during the process but I liked that the salesperson was really empowered to make the deal -- no multiple disappearing to talk with the sale manager!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Colonial

I have nothing but positive things to say about Colonial Ford. Their customer service team was nothing but phenomenal! I found a car online I did an inquiry. The next day I received a text message asking about appointment times and confirming the vehicle was still available the day before and also the morning of my appointment. I was greeted with friendly smiles. Tom Sweeney was great. He showed me the car inside and outside. Took me on a test drive. Asked me what I wanted to do and I said I want a second opinion and that I won’t be available till Monday night. We came down we looked at it and then I went home ran some numbers talked to them and they worked with me so I could get into my next vehicle. They weren’t pushy at all, they weren’t your typical car dealership people that hound you and take advantage of a women looking at a car alone. I’m beyond thankful for them and I hope to do business again with them in the future when it’s time for an upgrade. They have a great team of guys and girls and I like the family vibe you get when entering the dealership. Thank you all at Colonial Ford for making this possible!

I leased my 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum from Colonial Ford and let me tell you, the only thing nicer than the car (whic is REALLY NICE) was the way I was treated by Mark and Tim. No high pressure selling. No haggling on price. They even gave me top dollar for my trade-in. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Great dealership

Very easy buying process. My salesman Pat was great and kept me informed on everything. It was smooth and went home with the truck the next day.

My new Bronco from Colonial Ford-Danbury

I ordered my new Bronco in the middle of the UAW strike, so did not know how long it would take before delivery. Ford and Colonial Ford kept me informed along the way and in 4 months I became the proud owner of my vehicle. Thank you Colonial Ford salesperson Mike Meyer.

Awful service.

Awful service. Had a small leak from oil pan gasket fixed by replacing the oil pan and sealing with RTV. The RTV seal failed after 24 mo., they wanted to charge @$2000 to do the same job again. No proration or acknowledgment that the part or seal should last longer.
