They weren’t pushy at all, they weren’t your typical car dealership people that hound you and take advantage of a women looking at a car alone. I’m beyond thankful for them and I hope to do business again with them in the future when it’s time for an upgrade. I leased my 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum from Colonial Ford and let me tell you, the only thing nicer than the car (whic is REALLY NICE) was the way I was treated by Mark and Tim. No high pressure selling. No haggling on price. They even gave me top dollar for my trade-in. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Awful service. Had a small leak from oil pan gasket fixed by replacing the oil pan and sealing with RTV. The RTV seal failed after 24 mo., they wanted to charge @$2000 to do the same job again. No proration or acknowledgment that the part or seal should last longer.
