    Everyone was very polite, and no one was pushy. Liked the fact that I could test drive the car without a representative from the dealership tagging along. Found my car via cars.com and received a response the same day. Would recommend.

    Kevin Elston was my salesman. We spent a substantial amount of time haggling back and forth on the used vehicle - afraid to admit it how much fun we had, laughing and joking. Nevertheless, my trip from New York City to Danbury ended successfully. Kevin is a gentleman and the entire Colonial staff was accommodating. They honored the internet price and the invoice was not littered with frivolous fees. Two months on the warranty is a peace of mind knowing Kevin Elston is just an email/text message away.

    Tim Barrett searched high and low for a 5 speed Fiesta, and kept open communication with me throughout the process.     Took delivery of a pre owned Buick Lacrosse 01/21/2017. The salesman, Tim Barrett was a real pleasure to work with! Knowledgeable and kind. Not your typical stereotype of a sales representative at all. There was an extra long process for documents, and such, as I went in on a busy Saturday. Tim worked to keep me in the loop and to be sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable while I waited. I would not hesitate to refer a family member or friend to work with Tim or Colonial Ford. I will be a repeat customer of his for certain! I do need to bring the vehicle in for minor service. I will followup up with a review regarding their Service Department.     I recently lost my 2016 Forester car keys at Aldi's, a Danbury, CT. super market, , which has no phone, about 20 miles from my NY home. Fortunately the car was a short distance from my Subaru dealer. A good Samaritan drove me home, but the car had to remain in the parking lot overnite.The next day, thanks to Subaru's Roadside Assistance, the car was towed to Subaru, and the work to replace the keys and the dashboard computerized lock system was estimated and parts were ordered. Art Azzarito,, the Service mgr, advised me of the extremely high costs involved and said before he started, he would send someone to the market on the chance that the keys were found. THE KEYS WERE FOUND, thanks to Art's diligence and care. He is to be highly commended for his extremely kind and thoughtful act! And putting the customer first! I will write to Subaru Hdqrts in Cherry Hill, NJ to report my very stressful experience but with the happy ending. Needless to add, I am having duplicate keys made.
