Vinnie is the best Service consultant I have ever worked with. I trust him completely. My second favorite is Rick. Not sure I would schedule an appointment if those two were not available.

Perfect Car Service
It is so easy to have service at Colonial Ford. The drop off procedure is quick and organized, the actual work on the car is less than an hour, paper work is explained by a service representative, and off you go! I never have a problem at Colonial Ford.

Top Notch!
I came in for a routine oil change and tire rotational. Yet, the stellar customer service was anything but run of the mill routine. As always, I'm met by friendly and efficient staff. The service call was done expeditiously and I can't think of anything to say beyond - total pleasant experience. Colonial Ford service is always top notch!

Fantastic service
As a contractor here in Danbury CT I bought over the years several trucks, Ram, GMC and Ford, but I never had a experience like we had at colonial Ford. Fantastic service Dep, Rick is great consultant and Kevin a great salesman. For for my next truck will be another Ford. Thank you

Replace car back-up camera
I purposely dropped the car off overnight and indicated I desired an 11am pick-up, however when I called to check on the car at 9am it has not yet been checked. I approved the repairs up to 500 on the sheet, so I was not called with a quote. I found it interesting they clearly read that detail, but not my pick-up time. The car was finished satisfactorily shortly after 12pm.
