I bought a 2012 Ford Focus in 2014 from Colonial Ford in Danbury. The car is only 7 years now and has had problems ever since the beginning. I keep getting... recall notices in the mail every few months it seems. Whenever I have tried to take my vehicle in for service I am told it is a minimum of 3 weeks until an appointment is available. Every time I have brought my car in, I have to basically hunt these people down to find out answers about my car. Nobody answers the phone or calls back, and on the off chance you're able to reach someone they never have any information to give. It also takes days for the "repairs" to be finished and they have no concern for the fact that this means I am carless the entire time. When recently asked whether they have loaner cars I was told "we usually do, but they're all being used." Oh ok. After putting thousands of dollars into this car which has continued to deteriorate I am selling it and buying another. Never again will I buy a Ford or recommend this place to anyone. Disappointing and only left me with a headache.

Brought my vehicle in on 2/10 for terrible smell coming from heater and was told I needed new air filters. 2 days later I start getting error messages... regarding my ABS, Hill Descent Fault and Advance Track fault. Brought back 2/22 And after 2 and half hours I was told there was mud and salt covering the sensor so it wasn't sending messages to the computer. Less than 24 hours later the lights came back on. Now the smell is back.

Colonial Ford is the only service center that I will take my 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac to. Purchased originally from them, Colonial's service writers... and staff have kept it running, like new, all of these years.
My wife Maria dropped the car off for servicing. She said everyone was very courteous to her and the experience was a positive one.
