I bought my 2016 Ford Edge in 2020 at Gene Steffy Ford, Columbus, NE. The salesperson was attentive to what I was looking for and found me the vehicle I was looking for. He and the office staff made the buying process easy. I have been in a few times since purchasing the car for regular service jobs. I have always been happy with service I have received.

I drove right in and my car was serviced nearly immediately. The technician invited me into the shop to look at the condition of my tires and was engaging as we talked. The service advisor checked on the status and pricing of new tires AND gave me a discount on the service.

Buying from Steefy Ford
Salesman Jeff Dubas was great. Sales Manager was easy to work with Buying process was easy Was confused as to why an employee sat at reception desk playing on his cell phone while we discussed getting decals in the window to drive home. Never introduced of spoke to us We are all wearing face mask this man on his phone was not?
