Excellent service did not get any repairs. Least a new car. Looked at the trailblazer the tracks and the equinox and I chose the equinox I am very happy with my car.

Honestly, Subpar visit.

Honestly, Subpar visit. Keith at the service check-in dinged my door and separated the paint / chipped the edging along the door. I brought it to his attention, seemed very smug about me calling it out. Proceeded to tell me it would be taken care of and it never was. Upon seeing 3 other people waiting in line at the desk. I decided my time was better spent not being there. Kevin in service was also very ?funny? with comments made to me and to fellow workers. Jokes made about the previous customer and then jokes made about my departure didn?t sit well. However, I guess that?s the best they can get at this location. Returning customer due to convenience of location not but choice or desire.

Simply Awesome!

Had an engine light on. Kevin Dwyer said no problem, come in at 7am next morning for diagnostics check. Found O2 sensor bad. Opted to leave truck there so when parts arrive it could go into the shop right away. Herb, courtesy driver kindly took me home. Herb, is one of the BEST drivers I have had the pleasure of meeting. Thoughful, approachable, and safety conscience. Problem fixed in 24 hrs! Simply Awesome! --Sam
