Oil change

The only thing I was disappointed in was that they are supposed to wash the car after they work on it. Mine was not.

Outstanding salesperson!

We have been loyal customers of this dealership since 1984. During that time we have had only two sales persons. During that time, one had retired and the other moved out of state. Sales and service is what keeps customers coming back. This was our first experience working with “Hans” Wimmer. We figured it would be a challenge because my two sons and I were interested in new vehicles. Hans took care of us without any issues. What a pleasure it was to work with him. We were treated like family. Hans give his customers the personal touch in all aspects of the transactions and after the sale. We purchased several aftermarket “Ford accessories” Hans set up our service appointment and followed through making sure everything was to our satisfaction. He will be my recommended salesperson to all my friends and family that are interested in a new vehicle. The newly renovated showroom and service areas are beautiful and the finance persons were a joy to work with.

just had my car in for an oil change and they for got to set my car clock... this is the second time this has happened... I do not live just around the corner to stop by and have them do it... this is very in convent to me I do relay on my cars clock and I have not had time to travel back to the dealership for them to fix their forgetfulness.

Lack of Follow Up by Service Coordinator

Terrible follow and coordination. Have been a customer here for 10 years. Has gotten steadily worse since Chris (Service Manager Left). Avoid Brenda she is too disorganized to provide any decent level of service. Waited 21/2 hours for a shuttle after my car was repaired! Finding another dealer.

oilchange and 30,000 maintenance - fix A/C

Got to work quickly and accurately. The wait times were very much as predicted by the Customer Service agent.
