Joyce Buick GMC

This was my first experience with the Joyce Buick GMC Service Department. The service writer Kelly T. did a great job including having the work performed exactly as requested. The waiting area was clean and very comfortable and the service was extremely fast. Well Done!

We were very happy with our service. Our salesperson, Rick, was very accommodating, knowledgeable, quite pleasant and worked hard to get us the perfect deal. In that process, we were able to get all features we had hoped for. The General Manager came to thank us for coming to Joyce Buick. He knew I was a photographer friend of one the customer's their, and gave us a wonderful calendar that he had left there. The rest of the team, Ray & Eric, were quick, thorough and answered all our questions efficiently. We will be telling all our friends to come to Joyce Buick/GMC for all their future needs. After a not so positive experience with another GMC dealer, Sean and the staff at Joyce were there to help me find the perfect vehicle at the right price. Very professional and straight forward, I am happy to have been able to work with them on my new truck deal.

Everthing was serviced except for a problem I didn't know I have. I would have been impressed if the dealer would have noticed my rear brake light was not functioning. Now I have to take it back in for repair. Would have been nice if the dealer found this problem.

There is simply no better place to buy or car or have it serviced. My salesperson picked up my car for scheduled maintenance work and dropped it off the next day without a hitch. If people are not using Joyce Buick, they have no idea about how good the car buying and service experience can be.
