My recent purchase of a Chevy Traverse from Mills Chevrolet of Davenport was a tale of two halves. Initially, the salesperson seemed to make getting the rates I wanted impossible, stifling any negotiation. But then, the sales manager stepped in and completely turned things around. He made sure we got the car we wanted at a great rate, making the rest of the process seamless. The manager's intervention truly made all the difference and earned my satisfaction.

Great service! The service team was very polite and efficient. My service was completed in 30 minutes. The facility was very clean and neat with snacks available while I waited.

Service rep told me that rear wheel seals are leaking.
Service rep told me that rear wheel seals are leaking. Asked him if they checked the fluid in read differential and he said no because that would have been another service. that was not part of the standard service plan. He told me that the front and rear differential and transfer case fluids are never checked as part of a standard service program. Then he told me that those fluids should be changed every 40,000 miles. When I checked my owner's manual it recommended changing those fluids every 90,000 miles quite the difference.
