Jay Kokshin at Key Auto Mall was very helpful during my purchase. He was very patience with us, as we changed the car we selected to one that has just shipped from the manufacture. It took two months for the car to arrive, but when in did, Jay was on it, and sent me an update with pictures as soon as the truck pulled into the lot. That very day we purchased the car and drove off the lot. Thanks for all your help!

Wimmin aren't human here

I went in to test drive a car. Great experience. I left considering my options. They texted me, emailed me, called me finally... Twice. I told them I was considering other options. He asked me what...i told him and he proceeded to man's plain me that the other car was not going to last very long. I clearly stated I have done my research and I don't like to be man's plained to. He hung up on me right then! That was the manager! Yeah... Don't need that crap! Bye Felicia!
