Bought a brand new car. First week I owned it - 300 miles on it - didn’t even make a monthly payment yet - rock from a truck got kicked up and hit me, chipping off paint from my hood. Called and asked for a paint pen. They were going to charge me for it. 30 grand for a car and they couldn’t comp me a 15 dollar pen out of a good-faith-that-sucks gesture. So I bought one off Amazon. At this point I’d rather give Jeff Bezos money than Maclaughlin any more than I have to. Very disappointing.

He gave me the genuine impression of having my best interest at heart and not having this invisible sign on my forehead (like women often do at car dealerships) SUCKER! Subsequently I bought a new Subaru Outback and found out that finance as well as service personnel encountered were very friendly and most accommodating.
