Honest and Relaxed Deal

I can not say enough nice things about Dan and his team. We traveled a long way to look at a vehicle, knowing that it was a long shot for our budget. We left with with the new vehicle and were so happy with how smoothly everything went.

No Pressure... Super Nice... Super Cool...

I will return to McLaughlin Subaru because of the customer service I received. Everyone was Awesome! Matt Campbell was the sales guy we worked with and he was amazing. Easy to contact, no pressure, and he made the car shopping, buying, and looking process so great for me and my wife. We visited over 10 different dealers in 3 months... and McLaughlin was our final stop. I already have recommended several people to check them out... and when I buy my next car, I'm going there first. Thanks everyone at McLaughlin if you read this... I'm sure me and my wife will stop by soon if we have questions. Everyone explains everything so well. Your dedication to customer service is appreciated. Thank you

Exceptional Sales support

We just purchased our 3rd Subaru from McLaughlin Subaru. Kim Hicks was exceptional in preparing us for our test drive of an Outback 2018. She was very helpful in working out the terms of our sale and trade-in of our 2015 Legacy. Robert Coronado was very helpful with the financing and treated us with respect and helped us determine the best financing for our needs. Overall exceptional experience and we are excited to have our first Outback.

First Subaru

I started shopping for my new wrx about a year ago. After many test drives and a lot of questions I finally decided exactly what I wanted to order. Brian put up with me the whole time, ordered my car and had it in the showroom all shined up and ready when it was finally time to pick it up.

First Subaru

Kris was great to work with and very knowledgeable on the vehicle. He walked me through all of the technology on the inside which would have taken me a few days to figure it all out. Robert helped out on the financing side of things and explained everything very well. I would defiantly recommend this place if you are looking for a vehicle

I had a fantastic experience at McLaughlin Subaru

Kim Hicks was my salesperson. She was wonderful to work with - McLaughlin is lucky to have her. I never felt pressured by her to buy and at the same time she was friendly and knowledgeable. My entire experience with everyone at McLaughlin was pleasant and I would definately recommend the dealership. With Kim's help, I found the right vehicle for me and I love it!

No pressure

McLaughlin offered me the best price on a used car hands down, and the best part was the no hassle attitude of my Sales Associate Kris Hutton and Financial Manager Kelly Senatra. They let me take a generous test drive and went through the car's options, even set up my Bluetooth. They clearly explained the paperwork that was necessary and explained my options. Again - no hassle! It is very likely that I will go back there for my next car in 4 years.

Right Vehicle, Right Price, Right Service

We were looking for a pretty specific vehicle to get the features we wanted at the right price. After 3-4 months of searching, we found that vehicle at McLaughlin. We worked with Dan Machu on our purchase. He sent a video specifically addressing our questions right after I inquired about the vehicle and even negotiated the price over the phone on his day off. We ended up driving 5 hours round trip the next day to make sure the van checked out and it seemed to be in excellent condition. Vehicle was out and ready to go for us when we got there and we were free to look it over and try things out without anyone hovering over us. We were also happy with the accounting department employee we worked with, I believe his name was Joe, and how easy the paperwork went. We did not finance the vehicle, I am referring to the other paperwork involved with the purchase.
