Great experience

Today I bought my 3rd Subaru from Mcglaughlin. This dealership makes the sometimes stressful experience of buying a vehicle , and makes it wonderful. Very knowledgeable and pleasant staff.

Greg Moroni is Awesome!

I recently purchased a Buick, Verano from Greg. Previous to that I purchased a Volvo, which is till in the family, my daughter, and husband have also purchased vehicles from Greg. He is always very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles that we are considering. We greatly appreciate Greg as a representative of your dealership, but we also consider him a friend. Thank you Greg, once again for this beautiful vehicle that I recently purchased, and the time that you spent educating me, and my family, on how to operate the vehicles to assure a smooth transition into our new cars. You're the best! The rating system did not work when I tried to enter Greg's overall rating, so I just want to make sure you are aware that I gave him 5 stars in each area. Thank you. Pure excellence

My husband and I purchased a new Subaru Outback and Kris Hutton was our salesperson. Pure excellence!!!Kris is an outstanding salesperson !!! He presented the outback to us and went over the features and benefits of the vehicle and answered all of our questions. His knowledge of the vehicle was very impressive!!From the moment we inquired about the vehicle all the way through the delivery it was pure excellence.Thank you to all of you !! Brilliant!!

Wonderful experience

As previous Honda and Toyota owners, we are very delighted with our new 2018 outback! We test drove vehicles from other manufacturers but kept going back to the outback and how smooth it rode. Kim Hicks was also very helpful. She answered our questions honestly, was never pushy or over bearing, and worked quickly to zero in on an agreed price. We are looking forward to utilizing their service. The service area and waiting area are very clean; the waiting area has snacks and drinks as well as comfortable seating. We definitely recommend McLaughlin Subaru!

The Arrogance Was Palpable

I could not believe my experience at the dealership. They had an automobile that I drove two hours to see; only to find out it might be sold already. Then, when we began to talk numbers I was low-balled on my trade with no hint that there was any flexibility. I was told my nearly mint car was in "okay" condition. I had worn casual clothes that day. It is possible they didn't believe me to be serious, but I will never be back in the doors of that dealership. I bought a car just a week later that was more expensive, but the difference in my treatment at the two dealerships was night and day. I would not go back to this dealership on a bet.

Excellence!

Brian search for the vehicle I wanted and got it to me in time to take advantage of the manufacturer's massive discount on it. He was timely on responses to questions and looked for ways to satisfy my requests. I purchased a Volvo but the website won't let me pick it on this website.

Great experience

We just bought our second used Subaru Outback from McLaughlin Subaru in Moline. We had a great buying - and servicing - experience when we bought the first one seven years ago, so recently traded in a Toyota Rav for a second Subaru. We've found their repair rates to be very reasonable and service rep Beth Scherrman and salesman Scott Schnabel very pleasant to work with. We worked with Scott over several months to find just the right Outback. He always kept us informed when a new, used one came in, but never pressured us. We've found McLaughlin to be extremely customer-oriented.

It was a pleasure buying a car from McLauglin.

Kim Hicks was awesome. She was very knowledgeable about Subaru and answered every question we had. More importantly, she articulated why we would like the Subaru over other cars brands. The process was smooth from the sale to financing. Robert was great working the finance. And, we even got introduced to the service department where we will get maintenance, oil changes, etc. We look forward to working with Beth in the future.
