Purchased a 2018 Subaru Legacy - five star experience!

I knew nothing about the Subaru until I ran into Pete a couple of months ago and he told me I should check this car out. I wanted a sedan so I went on line and looked up the Subaru Legacy. I was very impressed by all of the safety features and room that the Legacy offered. By the time I walked into McLaughlin, I pretty much knew what I wanted and was ready to buy a new Subaru Legacy. Kris Hutton couldn't have been nicer and was very helpful and responsive to all of the questions that I had and understood the features that I was looking for in a new car. Because the 2018's are so new, he searched everywhere to locate one that had all of the features that I wanted. He found one for me that was located in Missouri and it arrived in two days!! Both my husband and I commented this morning that in all of the years that we've been buying cars, Kris was probably the most knowledgeable and spent the most time with us going over all of the features of this car and made what could have been a stressful learning curve an easy one. Thanks, Kris, for a five star experience!

Helpful salesman and great experience

Scott Schnabel was our salesman and he was very good. He was not pushy at all and showed us exactly what we asked for. He went out of his way for a picky buyer!

Great Overall Experience

Bought a new Subaru Outback for my wife. Kim Hicks was my sales rep and she great. Very helpful and knowledgable. Whole process was very easy. I would recommend them. Thanks!!

Knowledgable and very courteous

I was looking for a new car for my wife. My sales rep from very helpful and knowledgable. she helped me pick out a great new Subaru Outback. She was very thorough and helpful. Over the course of the time I first came in and by the time I drove away with the new car, Kim answered every question I had promptly and with great accuracy. She was very kind and helpful not just through the purchase, but also after the fact. Since it was going to be a vehicle for my wife, she offered to have my wife contact her or even set an appointment if she had any questions or needed help at all. I was very impressed. I would recommend Mclaughlin Subaru any day of the year. Thank you!

The lease process was efficient. The interaction with the Salesperson was quick and the Leasing Manager completed the paperwork within an hour.

Outstanding customer service

Excellent service they made my family feel welcome my daughter enjoyed the trip up there they were willing to go out of their way to make us happy all the employees were willing to talk and answer questions Kim Hicks went out of her way and made us feel so comfortable with our buy great service warm welcomes thank you very much

Open and honest experience

What a great dealership, they treat everyone the same. Doesn't matter if you are buying a new car or the least expensive car on the lot you get the same experience. They genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase and do all they can to make that happen. Brandon E. Is one of the easiest salesman I have ever dealt with and that's no small accomplishment as I have purchased around 50 vehicles. He answered emails on his day off and got me all the information I asked for. Was always prompt to respond. Thank you Brandon! My daughter is loving her new car and next time I look for a car I will look here first. Don't judge this dealership by the brands they carry, they will surprise you.

Best car purchase experience we have ever had

Kris was GREAT to work with. I encourage everyone to ask for Kris. He know the Subaru product line and does an excellent job explaining the features of each vehicle. After we agreed on the price Robert was awesome to work with doing the financing and service contract. Smoothest and easiest car purchase we have ever made. No high pressure from anyone. It was well worth our 45 mile drive to come to McLaughlin's.
