Nice working with Matt on the purchase of my 2018 Forester

Matt was pleasant to work with. I had researched the Foresters before visiting the Dealership so I knw what I was looking for. It so happened that Matt had just got in what I was looking for. No pressure. The price seemed reasonable from what I'd researched. McLaughlin gave me what seemed to be reasonable price on my trade in. pretty much a no hassle car purchase. I feel good about the deal and now have what seems to be a great car.

We love shopping at McLaughlin Auto!

Kim Hicks did a great job showing us all about our new Subaru that we purchased from Greg Maroni. Because everybody works well together as a team at this dealership, it feels like such a smooth process when making such a big purchase. Great and easy experience

The experience of buying a new Subaru Forester was easy and very relaxing. Kris was very helpful and easy to work with. He went through all options within the vehicle, showed us how everything worked with the technology, and answered all of our questions.

1st time Subaru buyer.

my wife and I just purchased a 2018 Subaru Forester at McGlaughlin Subaru. Our salesperson, Kim Hicks, was as helpful as any salesperson I have ever done business with. She made our buying experience as good as possible. I will highly recommend her to everyone I know who might be looking to purchase a Subaru or Volvo vehicle.

Hands down best customer service!!

The minute I got on the lot I felt at ease! I knew what I wanted I did all the research. Brandon Ellis was absolutely fantastic to work with. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase anything I didn't want. Kelly and Joe made the finance portion so easy there is no fine print when you deal with McLaughlin!! Will recommend to everyone I know!!

Purchase of a Subaru Outback

During the process of my purchase I felt Brian was interested in getting into a car that fit my needs and budget. He never made the process feel rushed or uncomfortable. After the purchas he took time to go over all the features in the car before I left and invited me to return to the dealership or call if I have any questions or concerns. I would definitely say this was one of the best car purchases experiences I have had.

Excellent experience

This is the first time walking away from a dealership feeling great about every aspect of the buying experience. The employees were great in sales and finance departments. I felt like they truely cared and they went above and beyond to meet our needs and request.
