Well beyond expectations!

From the first moment talking with Kim, to working with Robert, the whole experience was fantastic. Everybody we worked with was very knowledgeable and seemed to have only our best interest in mind. Their customer service is by far the best we have ever seen. And so far we love the Outback we just bought.

Best service department anywhere

Sherry is the best Service Manager I have ever dealt with. Pleasant personality, gets things done quickly and at a fair price. Because of McLaughlin's service department I will always own a Volvo, Cadillac or Subaru which are the three brands they carry. I have talked people into these brands because of the service department.

Terrific!!!

This is the second Subaru that we have bought from McLaughlin Motors in the past 15 months. Both times Kim Hicks was our sales associate. We live 85 miles away so we did a lot of research before contacting Kim directly. We chose the 2017 Outback Limited that we had seen in the on-line inventory. After several emails in one afternoon we came to terms and picked up our new car the next morning! So smooth!!!!

Awesome!!!

This was our first visit to any Subaru dealer. We had never owned a Subaru, but in dealing with Kim Hicks, we came back for the purchase after test driving other vehicles. Kim was very knowledgeable in helping us. Fell in love with the car!! We were well treated and it was a pleasant experience.

Good experience

We just purchased our 3rd Subaru Outback. We considered a bigger SUV but we're afraid we wouldn't have the dependability of a Subaru. We worked with Kris Hutton. We found him to be extremely easy to work with. He was very pleasant without being pushy at all. He went thru the car with us and explained how everything worked with his knowledge of the product and patience. We needed a trailer hitch and he managed to have the service department get one installed before we left the dealership. We are looking forward to a great experience with McLaughlin

Switched to Subaru because of the Experience!

We had never owned a Subaru, but after dealing with Kris we were able to learn about, and fall in love with this brand. We ended up with an Outback and we couldn't be happier. Kris and the rest of staff treated us so well. There was no pressure put on us at all, but all of the knowledge shared and excellent treatment made us want to buy a car! The whole experience was super pleasant. They worked with us on monthly payments and Kris made sure we understood how to use all of the bells and whistles that came with the vehicle. We will be getting another Subaru from here when we're ready to trade up!

Above and Beyond

I was searching for a pretty specific vehicle, and Kim Hicks went above and beyond to find it for me! I shopped around at other dealers searching for the best price, and no others came close to the pricing and customer service that McLaughlin Subaru offered. Kim worked patiently with me over the course of several weeks never pressuring me to make a choice, only providing answers to my endless questions. I am 100% satisfied with my service from McLaughlin and over the moon about my new Impreza. Thanks, team!

No pressure, total cooperation

This dealership price matched another dealer and brought in the car that I wanted. There was no hidden fees or pressure to buy any "extras". Kris Hutton was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Robert Coronado was great to work with in the finance department.
