Excellent team over there!

Excellent team over there! Kim was super helpful and gave me plenty of time to test drive the vehicles I was interested in. Then Mike came up with an awesome deal on the WRX that I wanted. When it's time I will definitely be returning!

Kim Hicks has earned my business on 5 of my last 6 cars

Kim Hicks has earned my business on 5 of my last 6 cars with her professionalism, friendliness & follow through. I learned my lesson on the 1 car deal where I chose to give another dealer a chance. Bad idea. Love my Subarus & won't buy them anywhere else, nor from any other salesperson.

Customer service is outstanding.

Customer service is outstanding. Salesperson went over and above in listening to what I was looking for and then making it happen. Finance deartment was easy to work with. I love my new Forester!

Kim Hicks is an extraordinary salesperson and went well above and beyond to find the perfect car for me. Fortunately, it turned out to be a new car that was just delivered to their sales lot. This is the 3rd Subaru I've purhcased from Kim and McLaughlins and all of those purchases have been outstanding. Keep up the good work. Dee Lambert

I just wanted to give Kim HIcks five star ratings for her service with finding me the perfect car -- a 2025 Subaru Outback Limited. I purchased the car today (Feb. 10, 2025) and Kim was a joy to work with -- this is the 3rd Subaru Outback Limited that I've purchased from her and McLaughlins and this experience was outstanding. I went in to have my first oil change and inspection done

I went in to have my first oil change and inspection done on my Subaru Forester since I purchased it. It all went very well with no problems. The service was outstanding and the time it took to complete the job was just how long they said it would be. They even gave the vehicle a free car wash!
