Pleasant experience

I came in for a specific vehicle. It was waiting for me at the front door for a test drive when I arrived. The sales person, Kris Hutton, was friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't try to pressure me into a more expensive vehicle. I felt comfortable with the decision to buy, and pleased with the price, interest rate and quality of the vehicle.

Awesome!!!

I stopped in on a whim. Brian was able to help me right away with the test drive of the 2017 Subaru Crosstrek. I was totally impressed with the car and had my mind set on getting it. Took my husband back for his opinion the next day but Brian was off (we had a morning appointment that got cancelled so just stopped by without calling ahead). Kim was able to find a car with the different options that I decided on. We drove it and loved it. A couple of hours later, I called Kim back and she squeezed us in for the purchase.

Everyone was wonderful to work with!

This was my first time buying from Subaru and I loved this dealership. Everyone was very friendly. We worked with Brittany Camp and she was wonderful throughout the entire experience! We ended up buying an Outback and they made the process very easy. I would definitely work with Brittany and the dealership again.

Bought a Subaru

This is the 1st time I considered a Subaru. I bought a Crosstrek. Kris Hutton was the salesman and did a great job. Everyone there was friendly and helpful.

McLaughlin Subaru is great!

The sales team across the river at McLaughlin Subaru helped me find the perfect vehicle for my needs. Larry Harris and Kim Hicks helped me through the buying process in the best possible way. I could not have asked for better customer service. I'll be back!

2014 Subaru Outback Purchase

I worked with Sales Consultant, Jon Elliot. It was by far the best and the easiest car purchase I have ever experienced, and that was with having my son who turned 16 yrs old on the same day with me. Jon and two other team members were friendly, personable, helpful and full of information. They also went out of their way to make sure I was getting best rate, pricing and financing. I cannot applaud them more then a 5 Star Review and emphasize how thankful I am that we drove 3 hours to their dealership!

Purchase 2014 Subaru Outback

Bought a used car for our daughter

Our sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable, which made the buying experience easy. We are very happy with our used car and hope future service on it will be as great as our buying experience. I only wished they could have gotten rid of the smoke smell and buffed out one little scratch.

Courtesey Delivery

This car was purchase as a fleet car and it was just a courtesy delivery. I have had three previous courtesy deliveries in the past all with Toyotas at three different dealerships. They handed me the keys and said "your car is out there somewhere good bye and good luck". Not so with Kim at McLaughlin. She followed up on my car till it arrived and then gave mw a genuine first class delivery. You would have thought I bought a top of the line car. She didn't take any short cuts and explained everything and did a fabulous job.
