Easy to deal with

Dealt mostly over email and spent less than an hour at the dealership. Price was good and service was excellent and financing options were better than my own bank.

Great buying experience!

I emailed my initial interest and indicated I was ready to buy. Made an appt to meet with Kris and we met--I explained all my needs and the things I considered important, and things that I thought would be nice to have. We test drove the car I was initially interested in, and then Kris showed me two more with different levels of trim. He explained all the features in each model, and was very knowledgable. When I finally made my decision, I was able to get all the features I wanted most at a great price. He got the car looking perfect, went over all the features and how they worked before I left. It was clear that the employees all wanted the whole experience to be positive and for customers to leave happy and to want to come back. Very positive buying experience! I would recommend Kris highly!

Best Place to Buy the Best Car to Own

Just dropped in to see our local Subaru salesperson, Kim Hicks, who sold us our 1st Subaru 4 years ago. She encourage us to look at the new 2017 Subaru Outback Touring model. We both were really impressed. She mentioned zero % financing. On the way home I realized we could not only afford the Touring model, but in paying off our loan (with 12 months to go) that we had on our current Outback, we could actually lower our payments AND get the car of our dreams. Thanks to Kim, we were able to drive home in our new 2017 Subaru Outback Touring just 3 days after we first looked at our new car. There was no pressure to buy and no trying to sell us more than we needed or wanted. We'll be going back to Mclaughlin's and talking to Kim Hicks for our 3rd Subaru!

New 2017 Subaru Crosstrex

I had the Best experience with McLaughlin Subaru, Moline, Il. I have been to other subaru dealers and nothing compared to the experience I received from McLaughlin. They treated me like royalty. If something did not seem right, they fixed it so it was. Even the financial end of it. My hats off to Kim Hicks, she was awesome, 5 minutes on the phone and she knew what I wanted and the financing was super. Thanks so much for Lindsey McDannald. It was great dealing with you.

Great Product

Kris did a great job explaining the cars features and bringing in his support team when needed. I really felt like I bought the car from a team of pros.

1st McLaughlin Purchase

My first, and I must say, it was a no pressure situation, Dan, Kim and Robert all made the experience pretty easy going. With their help, I feel confident that I made the right decision to buy my Outback. I would highly recommend them and McLaughlin Subaru. BRC

Great Experience!

Had a great experience working with this dealership! Kim Hicks is an extremely helpful, courteous, and pleasant Sales consultant. She worked with me over email for the majority of the process until the day I picked up the car. She was great and the entire staff was a joy to work with. They made the car purchasing experience smooth and positive.

Happy again

I love dealing with the staff at McLaughlin's! This is the 2nd Subaru I've purchased from them and both times the service has been exactly what I needed. I've come in knowing what I want and have been helped to find the vehicle with the exact features I wanted. I love the tour of new features of my vehicle before I leave.

1st Subaru

I had a great experience at McLaughlin's. I was interested in looking at Subaru's as they have great reviews for safety and longevity. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I test drove the Forester and the Outback and Matt, my salesman, explained all of the features on them. I ended up purchasing a Forester and am very happy with it. Feels like I just became part of a new family, a Subaru owner!

First Time Leasing

Love my Outbacks! This is the second time I have dealt with McLaughlin Subaru but the first time I have leased. I will definitely go back! McLaughlin has excellent and friendly customer service. The staff did an excellent job talking pros and cons of leasing with me. I worked mostly with Matt Campbell. He was awesome. Relaxed and patient and took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions.
