Used truck purchase

Bought a used truck at young ford in Brigham city . I have only had this two weeks. It already needs $3000 in ac unit replacement . This dealership screwed me good.

Finance Dept is terrible!

My husband and I bought a car from this dealership last month, and the actual car buying process wasn't bad. What was terrible for us was everything after that. The finance department took 2 weeks to cash our check for the down payment. We called several times to ask why it hadn't been deposited until finally they did it. Then, they took a month(!) to pay off our old car that we had traded in. They say that they do that within 3 weeks, but they didn't pay it off until we had to call them repeatedly and nag them to do it. We realized it hadn't been paid off when a payment came out of our account for the car that we no longer owned! Nanette in finance refused to send us a check covering the difference, which was an amount that was put in our initial contract and agreed upon by them. We spoke to her several times and she was absolutely clueless. We had to talk to the manager of Young Ford Brigham and he apologized and made sure they sent us a check. We thought that would be the last of our troubles with this dealership, but no! When our plates were delivered to the dealership, they called us up. We told them that we lived an hour and a half away, and they agreed to mail us the plates. Almost 5 days later when our temporary plate had expired and we still hadn't received the plates, we called them again. They had never been sent!!! They were still sitting on a desk! I would never go back to this dealership, and I would never recommend them to anyone else. If you want a hassle-free car buying experience, do not go here! They will give you a headache for weeks after you think you're done with them.

Awesome people. Love my truck!!!

Felt very at ease. Very well taken care of. Took my needs seriously. Got me what I needed at the price I needed. They were really awesome. Would totally recommend buying here. Thank you Young Ford.

My car buying experience

We drove all the way from Salt Lake to Brigham City to look specifically at the white Ford Explorer. The salesman was telling us information about the other two explorers. We let him know that we weren't interested in those ones. So we test drove the white one and loved it, since it was the one we drove up to see. As we came back into the parking lot, another couple was looking at the other two explorers. We then started the buying process. As we were negotiating numbers, the other car salesman came in and took the spare key and let the other couple test drive the car that we were buying. On our second negotiation, our salesman told us that they could not go any lower since the other couple would pay more for the same car. We were stuck between a rock and a hard place. It's a good thing we wanted this car, or else we would have left. I think it was very unprofessional and rude for the car dealer to let someone else test drive the car and negotiate numbers on the same car that we had already started the process to buy.

Quick negotiations and friendly people

We worked with both Casey and Frankie. Both were willing to work with us on our budget and price range. We didn't need to spend hours negotiating.
